Client Servicing Internship

As a Client Servicing Intern at COLADS Integrated Communications LLP, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients and help build strong relationships with them. Your effective communication skills, both written and spoken, will be crucial in this role. Your proficiency in English, along with your ability to manage your time efficiently, will enable you to excel in this position.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
2. Communicate with clients regularly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
3. Prepare presentations and reports using MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint.
4. Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze client data.
7. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for client campaigns.
