As a Client Servicing intern at Grandiose Events And Entertainment, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create visually stunning materials for client presentations and proposals. Your effective communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating visually appealing presentations and proposals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
2. Utilize Microsoft PowerApps to develop customized solutions for client needs
3. Manage client inquiries and requests through effective communication via email and phone
4. Analyze and track client data using MS Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients
6. Support the sales team in pitching new ideas and services to prospective clients
7. Present findings and recommendations to clients using MS PowerPoint to drive engagement and satisfaction

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
