As a client servicing intern at Mahati Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team to provide exceptional service to our valued clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner, both orally and in writing.
2. Maintaining accurate records and data in MS-Excel to track client interactions and feedback.
3. Assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient client servicing.
4. Managing your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and implement solutions.
6. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
7. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes growth and success.
