About the internship
We are welcoming talents for client servicing works. The job profile includes coordinating with clients for their localization, graphic designing, web designing, and other such requirements on a day-to-day basis. An ideal candidate should be good at communication skills including vocabulary and handling emails. The more languages you know the better.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling client's emails.
2. Communicating with clients.
3. Possessing absolute command over English, and Hindi as well as the language for which she/he seeks posting.
4. Coordinating with writers, translators, designers, and other associates, providing them with job briefs, and getting jobs done within the stipulated time frame.
5. Keeping daily work and invoicing records up to date.
6. Coordinating with team members to keep workflow and execution in order.
7. Contributing towards existing as well as new works as required.
8. Following up with inquiries, sending quotations, and closing them to turn prospects into clients.
Salary will be in the range of Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 12,000 depending on the candidate's profile, and experience. Post your internship, you may be offered regular employment depending upon your performance.
