Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
2. Provide information about the competition, registration process, and event details, and resolve related queries.
3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns.
4. Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages.
5. Document interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Support the social media management team.
8. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the competition.
9. Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
10. Monitor and engage with the audience to build a strong online presence.
11. Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
12. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
13. Coordinate with the content writer and design team to ensure cohesive messaging.
14. Write engaging and informative content for promotional materials, social media, and the website.
15. Develop content for press releases, blog posts, and participant communications.
16. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
17. Produce high-quality written content based on the editorial calendar and marketing needs.
18. Collaborate with the social media team and marketing department.
19. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and readability.
20. Manage chat support software and tools.
