Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a fundamental understanding of the client's business and the industry.
2. Attend trade and public events to network and secure new business opportunities, creating a pipeline of potential clients.
3. Support the assigned account team with project initiation, coordination, and administrative tasks.
4. Learn the agency's structure, the roles of each discipline, and the advertising industry by performing various functions alongside other team members.
5. Provide client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately, and assist with the daily operations of client projects internally.
6. Work closely with team members from various disciplines within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate campaign strategies.
7. Assist in creating weekly status reports for all ongoing projects.
8. Suggest improvements to the team for enhancing the client's experience on social platforms and optimizing internal processes.
9. Help create required presentations and reports.
