Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage closely with clients and partners to address and resolve their queries and
concerns promptly and efficiently.
2. Provide support through various channels such as calls, emails, and on-site visits,
ensuring client issues are understood and resolved effectively.
3. Liaise with internal teams and external entities to facilitate the resolution of client
queries and concerns.
4. Prepare and share daily and weekly reports detailing the tasks undertaken, issues
resolved, and the status of ongoing concerns.
5. Collect regular feedback from clients to understand their level of satisfaction and
areas requiring improvement.
