Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with day-to-day client servicing operations, including responding to client enquiries and requests via email and phone
2. Conduct research to support client needs and provide recommendations for improvements in our products and services
3. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention
5. Using data to understand customer behavior, identifying trends, and suggesting strategies for improving client service processes
