We are looking for client service executives for our operation team. The candidates are supposed to have experience in the logistics industry. This profile is suitable for those who have good communication skills and can handle pressures situations on call.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attending calls and solving the escalations raised by our clients
2. Acting as a bridge between seller and shipment executive
3. Handling angry clients and pacifying them by giving satisfying replies
4. Taking follow-ups with concerned shipping services
5. Managing clients data
6. Developing an effective communication platform between seller and courier service
7. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
8. Dealing with client requests and troubleshoot problems

2. can start the part time job/internship between 27th Oct'21 and 1st Dec'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. BA (English), B.E, B.Com,BBA
2. Experience of1-2 years in logistics
3. Should have experience in clients success
4. Should be comfortable with 80-100 calls per day
5. Should be an expert in coordination and time management
6. Should be a troubleshooter and can innovate new ideas to tackle angry clients
7. Should be fluent in English communication
8. Should have hands-on experience in Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup, and Macros
9. Should have the zeal to learn new techniques for client success
10. Can work under pressure
