About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
2. Collaborate with the client success team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
3. Support the implementation of client success initiatives, including onboarding new clients and organizing client meetings/events
4. Assist in vendor empanelment processes, including gathering the necessary documentation, conducting vendor assessments, and maintaining vendor records
5. Assist in resolving client issues and escalations effectively and promptly
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, design, and development to ensure a seamless client experience
7. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving client success processes

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field 

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders 

3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail 

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus 

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a proactive and positive attitude 

7. Prior internship or work experience in customer service, client management, or a related field is advantageous but not required
