Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
2. Collaborating with the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness
3. Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities over chat and email
4. Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences over chat and email
5. Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, or chat applications
6. Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports
7. Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
8. Working with clients from over 78 countries to help them create videos remotely with an awesome client experience & support
