Client Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
2. Support successful customer retention initiatives.
3. Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and services.
4. Stay updated about industry trends and CRM best practices to ensure our processes and procedures are optimized.
5. Participate in customer feedback collection and revert to drive continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless customer support processes.
