Clinical Talent Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment and selection as per Apollo oncology & international requirements
2. Post jobs and attract talent through social networking
3. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
4. Manage the pipeline, coordinate assignments, coordinate with recruitment agencies (if any), industry/potential talent mapping activities, social media recruiting, and other related tasks as applicable
5. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
6. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
7. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
8. Recommend solutions for better operations
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Skills & Requirements:

1. Pursuing bachelor's/master's degree in HR, business, management, or any related field + clinical background (BPharm/MHA/BDS/MBBS)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Must be digitally literate and comfortable learning and working on all job-related tasks
4. The candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills
5. Should be able to work with Excel Sheets, PowerPoint, and other digital project management tools to manage the pipeline of candidates and talent acquisition end-to-end process
