3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Prior experience or coursework in fashion design, textile design, or accessory design
2. Interest in retro and vintage fashion trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics
3. Ability to illustrate designs manually or digitally
4. Knowledge of fabric sourcing, printing techniques, and garment construction
5. Experience in upcycling or sustainable fashion is a plus
6. Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively
7. Willingness to experiment with bold, quirky, and unconventional designs
8. Open to creative brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects
