Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Provide customer-facing product, configuration, and billing support for Office 365
2. Provide real-time client support for faster resolution of tickets
3. Conduct research on complex cases, validates cases for escalation to the backline, and contributes to knowledge management initiatives
4. Provide technical consultation to customers based on Microsoft technologies
5. Communicate with Office 365 customers on technical & administrative issues via email, telephone, video conference, and other means of electronic communication to troubleshoot the technical problems and front-end the administrative problems
6. Implement and administer Office 365, M365 and EMS for customers
As a knowledge champion, she/he is the focal point for communications, coordination, and overall adherence to the Microsoft Office 365 knowledge management program.
