1. Knowledge of the rules and game of chess
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
3. Previous experience as a chess coach or participation in chess tournaments is preferred
4. Successful experience working with school students is preferred
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English
6. Experience in using technology in education would be a plus
7. Passion for making learning fun
8. Must have a personal laptop and stable internet (Wi-Fi) connection
9. Must be 18+ years of age
