Communication and Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to librarians via phone calls to introduce them to the Sage Publishing resources available through ONOS
2. Identifying institutions interested in detailed training sessions and scheduling webinars with the support of the Training Manager
3. Conducting webinars to provide in-depth product demonstrations and usage tips
4. Sending follow-up emails with product brochures, onboarding instructions, and links to webinar recordings
5. Recording and addressing queries from librarians and students, escalating complex issues to the Training Manager
