Communication & Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the planning and execution of the Leaders' Week event agenda
2. Identifying and contacting potential speakers and panellists
3. Developing and coordinating the logistics for site visits and other events
4. Designing and executing a social media calendar and communication plan
5. Tracking social media engagement according to outcomes/outputs
6. Designing other collateral such as newsletters, infographics, and event invites
7. Document the Leaders' Week through photos, videos, and blog posts
8. Support the Reporting Manager with other event-related tasks, such as:
9. Setting up event space
10. Greeting and registering guests
11. Providing logistical support to speakers and panelists


Required Knowledge and Skills

1. Basic Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and Canva
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Time management and flexibility to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously
4. Desired knowledge and skills
5. Knowledge of best practices on social media platforms
6. Skills in design on online platforms
7. Prior experience with social media outreach and event management
8. Time Commitment
9. 40 hours a week for 1 month (can be extended based on need)
