You will help us build India's top community of future marketing and sales stars! You'll spearhead engagement efforts, create great content, run online events, connect with industry leaders, and manage feedback, all while supporting brand growth and fostering strong community bonds.
1. Work on the Kraftshala referral program
2. Build products and channels for ensuring active conversations with the community
3. Work closely with product teams to build loops within the program experience to activate and engage users
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts
5. Enhance the user experience with automatic communications, channel management, and personalized content in line with the learning map
6. Design and execute online and offline events to engage users
7. Build and share student stories
8. Create a micro-network of creators from within the community
9. Amplify the stories to help the creators get more visibility
10. Curate & disseminate engaging content through emails, blog posts, newsletters, and announcements to keep the community informed, engaged, and connected
11. Celebrate student achievements and milestones to foster a sense of accomplishment and motivation
