About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Assistance: Help in organizing and conducting awareness drives, hygiene kit distributions, and community outreach in the targeted areas.
2. Workshop Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of capacity-building workshops for Anganwadi workers, women, and adolescent girls.
3. Logistics Support: Manage logistics for distribution activities, including the arrangement and transportation of materials like nutrition kits, sanitary products, and educational pamphlets.
4. Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members, including women and adolescent girls, to raise awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and sustainable practices.
5. Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in conducting surveys, collecting feedback from beneficiaries, and preparing reports on project impact and outcomes.
6. Administrative Support: Help with documentation, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.
7. Digital Support: Support the organization of webinars, digital outreach, and social media promotion related to the project.

Other requirements

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with community members and engage in grassroots-level discussions.

3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and contribute to group efforts.

4. Proactivity: Must be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to work.

5. Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is essential.

6. Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to assist with online webinars and documentation.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 600 per output).
