About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating batch-specific WhatsApp groups, handle member movement, and governing the interactions within the community
2. Fostering a positive and engaged community on WhatsApp and other social media channels
3. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments in the WhatsApp community
4. Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner
5. Identifying and addressing customer escalations or complaints promptly and effectively
6. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure appropriate resolution and follow-up on escalated issues
