Community Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meeting with prospective tenants, conducting tours of interested units, and following up with them.
2. Preparing and executing leases in accordance with property standards and regulations.
3. Managing the property and community facilities to maintain membership goals and ensure resident satisfaction.
4. Responding to resident inquiries and providing information promptly and professionally.
5. Providing leadership support during private and community events held on-site.
6. Developing internal insights while handling ground staff and community members.
