About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Developer Onboarding:
1. Identify, reach, and onboard talented developers to the BSB platform.
2. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide the necessary support.

b. Partnerships with Colleges/Universities:
1. Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
2. Collaborate with faculty and administration to promote the BSB platform.

c. Coordinating with Partners:
1. Foster strong relationships with existing partners.
2. Ensure timely communication and resolution of partner queries.

1. Bachelor's degree in any field

2. 0.5- 1 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or business development.

3. Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Verbal and written communication expertise.

7. Ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

8. Proven experience in community building, outreach, or partnerships.

9. Understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies.
