About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Community management:
a. Actively engage with users on social media platforms (WhatsApp) by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
b. Build relationships with users at the center.
c. Monitor and analyze social media conversations, identify trends, and proactively address any potential issues or negative sentiment.
d. Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
e. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
2. Content creation & curation:
a. Create high-quality, engaging social media content (e.g., text posts, images, user bytes, videos, stories, live streams) that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
b. Curate relevant and interesting content from other sources to share with the community.
c. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
3. Community growth:
a. Identify and implement strategies to grow social media followings and increase audience engagement.
b. Run contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to encourage user participation and generate excitement.
c. Analyze social media data to track key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and identify areas for improvement.
4. Stay updated:
a. Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
b. Continuously explore new opportunities to leverage social media for business growth.
c. Managing on-ground experience for events charter + helping team in BD process.
