Community Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and nurturing relationships with community members, participants, and local sports clubs
2. Managing online communities across social media platforms and the mobile app, creating content to keep users engaged and informed about upcoming events
3. Fostering a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation in events and discussions
4. Responding to community inquiries, concerns, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner
5. Organizing community-building initiatives, such as meet-ups, social activities, and special offers to strengthen relationships with participants
6. Planning, coordinating, and executing recreational sports events, including leagues, tournaments, and bootcamps
7. Collaborating with vendors, venues, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations
8. Managing event logistics, including equipment, schedules, and staffing
9. Handling event registrations, payments, and communications with participants
10. Monitoring event performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements for future events
11. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote events and build excitement within the community
12. Assisting in creating marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and event announcements
13. Identifying and leveraging opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to enhance the community experience
