Community Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Foster an unforgettable guest experience: As a Guest Experience Manager intern, your main responsibility is to ensure that every guest at The Madpackers Hostel has a remarkable stay. From the moment they arrive until their departure, you will go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Your adept client relationship skills will be key in building trust and loyalty with our guests. You will engage with them personally, providing exceptional customer service and catering to their individual needs, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
3. Curate unique and engaging experiences: With your creativity and passion for travel, you will organize and manage an array of exciting activities, events, and tours, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. From city tours to cultural exchanges, you will make their stay at The Madpackers Hostel truly memorable.
4. Handle guest inquiries and complaints: Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you promptly respond to guest inquiries and effectively address any concerns or complaints. You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
5. Assist in daily hostel operations: You will work closely with the hostel management team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel. From check-ins and check-outs to coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, your meticulous attention to detail will help maintain a well-run establishment.
