Community Management Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with different stakeholders of the My Analytics School Courses
2. Communicate with the students to keep a check on the various activities they are required to fulfill within the time provided to them
3. Bridge the gap between the students and the leadership team of the company
4. Solve day-to-day doubts of the students, tackle their issues, and communicate them to the respective departments of the company
5. Stay in constant touch with the students over phone calls and hold them accountable for their missed deadlines
6. Act as the bridge between the students and mentors
7. Schedule meetings and sessions between the users and the leadership team
8. Act as a moderator in the meetings and will be the first point of contact for 50+ customers
