About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with artists in our WhatsApp community, fostering connections and encouraging active participation.
2. Gather data and feedback from community members to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Manage the onboarding of new members into The Mould Story Creator Tribes, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
4. Regularly check the eligibility of community members to maintain an engaged and relevant group.
5. Collaborate with team members to provide insights on community mood, trends, and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building community.

2. Experience managing online communities, particularly on platforms like WhatsApp, is preferred.

3. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

4. Familiarity with the arts and crafts space is a plus, but not required.

5. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
