About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Convening and conducting board and general meetings in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and secretarial standards
2. Maintaining all statutory records and registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013
3. Complying with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, secretarial standards, RERA and other applicable laws
4. Preparing agenda, notices, director report, resolutions and minutes of AGM, EGM, BM and committees meetings
5. Liaising with external regulators and advisors, such as auditors, bankers, shareholders, etc.
6. Assisting in fund-raising activities for the issuance of securities under private placement, right issue, including assistance in the preparation of shareholder agreements, loan agreements, etc.
