Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities
2. Support in maintaining and updating corporate records and documents
3. Assist in organizing board meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
5. Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents
6. Support in compliance with laws and regulations governing the company
7. Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary as needed
