About the internship
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting resolutions, minutes of the board meetings, general meetings, notices, and other normal company secretarial documents
2. Drafting agreements for takeover, franchisee, business restructuring
3. Drafting NCLT petitions for various dispute matters under the Companies Act
4. Preparing and filing of annual filing documents and forms
5. Filing ECB, FC-GPR, and other FEMA compliances
6. All secretarial works such as the issue of shares, increase in authorized capital, transfer of shares, charge satisfaction, charge creation, and modification
7. Doing other basic works in DGFT, Taxation, GST, etc.
8. Working on labor laws, PF, ESIC
10. Assisting with all types of business licensing and registrations
