About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder agreements
2. Support the preparation and filing of regulatory and compliance documents with relevant government agencies
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings, including logistical arrangements and documentation
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company-related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
5. Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team as needed
