Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Full-time Company Secretary (CS) Intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are in the professional group or have cleared the CS exams, with an interest in gaining practical experience in corporate secretarial functions.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
Support in drafting minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and resolutions.
Assist in filing various forms, returns, and applications with statutory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, and others.
Help in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Assist in conducting research and preparing reports on corporate governance and regulatory developments.
Support the CS team in any other administrative or secretarial tasks as required.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be in the professional group or have cleared the Company Secretary (CS) exams conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Work Experience: Prior internship experience in a CS firm or any company will be an advantage.

Skills: Good communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attitude: Proactive, willing to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
