About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Have in-depth knowledge of CSR Regulations and related laws is a must.
2. Understand and apply knowledge of ESG principles.
3. Assist in the development and execution of CSR programs and initiatives.
4. Conduct research on social and environmental issues to support CSR strategy.
5. Coordinate and participate in community outreach and volunteer programs.
6. Assist in preparing CSR reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives on the community and the company.
8. Support the organization of sustainability events and awareness campaigns.
9. Engage with employees to promote CSR/ESG awareness and involvement.

Other requirements

1. Possess CSR qualifications/certification (achieved or pursuing).

2. Demonstrate a strong passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

3. Exhibit excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

5. Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CSR reporting frameworks is a plus.

7. Maintain high ethical standards.
