3. Filing relevant e-Forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) with respect to the Companies Act, 2013
4. Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, memorandum of understanding, term sheets, etc.
5. Coordinating with external regulators and advisors such as NSDL, CDSL, RTA, lenders, solicitors & lawyers, and Registrar of Companies from time to time
