Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in drafting and filing legal documents and corporate governance reports.
2. Supporting in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
3. Researching and staying updated on regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
4. Aiding in maintaining statutory registers and corporate records.
5. Assisting in liaising with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel.
6. Participating in reviewing and updating corporate policies and procedures.
7. Helping in coordinating shareholder communications and annual general meetings.
8. Supporting the CS in ad-hoc tasks related to corporate governance and legal matters.
