About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft and file legal documents related to company formation and compliance.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
3. Conduct research on Companies Law and regulations to ensure compliance.
4. Maintain and update corporate records and documentation.
5. Participate in board meetings and support the board of directors.
6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of corporate governance.
7. Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required to support the company secretary.
