About part time job/internship
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Running day-to-day errands with concerns to office systems, including management of stock keeping, quality checks, packing, logistics, filing, etc.
2. Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them
3. Complete looking after of the store in absence of the concerned authority
4. Organizing, maintaining, and making business appointments
5. Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the director
6. Taking dictation and drafting letters and other documents as required
7. Carrying out background research and presenting findings
8. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
9. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff when required or instructed

1. The timings are 9.30 am to 7.30 pm
