About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting of resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, notices & other Company Secretarial documents.
2. Preparing and filing of Annual Filing documents and forms.
3. Filing of ECB, FC-GPR, and other FEMA compliances.
4. All secretarial works such as the issue of shares, increase in authorized capital, transfer of shares, charge creation, modification, and satisfaction, and shifting of registered office.
5. All types of business licensing and registrations.
6. Incorporation of companies and LLPs, their closure, and all mandatory compliances.
7. Coordination with clients and external parties.
8. Dematerialization of shares.
