About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on ideation, product design of the system, fluid flow analysis at different scales of the product by coordinating with other members of the team
2. Translate process conditions into model boundary conditions
3. Validate CFD results with physical test data
4. Collaborate and thrive within a multi-disciplinary team

Skills & requirements:

1. Should have knowledge of hydraulic and thermal design calculation
2. Should have basic knowledge of 3D CAD modeling tools like solid work and analytical tools like Ansys (or similar)
3. Should have hands-on experience in producing high-quality meshing
4. Must be experienced in computational fluid dynamic simulation software and CFD techniques,
5. including modeling and mesh generation, validation of simulation with measurements and data post-processing, heat transfer and thermal simulations
6. Highly organized, ability to stay on track and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

ANSYS MATLAB SolidWorks STAR-CCM+
Earn certifications in these skills
