1. Work on planning, concept development, and project management of high-level professional B2B conferences
2. Communicate with sales, and client solutions manager and understand the A to Z of our client commitments. From thereon, maintain a smooth workflow
3. Work on finding relevant speakers for the events & rigorous follow-ups to ensure the required number is met
4. Call out and communicate campaign milestones, requirements deliveries of KPIs for client projects
5. Ensure deliveries of KPIs for client projects are as per RO under defined timelines & track live projects daily
6. Work closely with internal teams - marketing, sales, sponsorship and onsite conference management for effective execution
7. Maintain a record of vendors/freelancers/agencies
8. Ensure paperwork is maintained and payment terms/process and timeline is adhered to
9. Own relationships with some of these vendors and freelancers to ensure quick turn-around time for routine, yet critical tasks
10. Manage a large volume of multiple projects and tasks, collaborate with the team, while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets
