Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Feb'25 and 4th Apr'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field
2. Strong communication skills- English, Tamil, Hindi- to coordinate effectively with the team and stakeholders
3. Basic knowledge of construction software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or any project management software) would be a plus
4. A good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards within construction sites
5. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and responsibility for tasks
6. Adaptability and flexibility, as the intern will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
7. Previous internships or project work experience related to construction, civil engineering, or site management
8. Familiarity with site supervision and on-the-ground construction processes
9. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with site managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
