This position will be responsible for the monitoring of operational compliance and review as per the Compliance Risk Management Program (CRMP) and Internal Financial Control (IFC).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the execution of IFC and CRMP reviews as planned
2. Managing to conduct process walkthroughs and obtain an understanding of business processes and relevant laws
3. Working on executing audit fieldwork as planned
4. Assisting with evaluating compliance with regulations and the company's policy and procedure
5. Managing document risk, control and test procedures for the area under review and auditing test results in a way that supports the conclusion
6. Monitoring open audit issues for timely closure and evaluating the adequacy of remediation
7. Assisting in projects as required by reporting manager
Who can apply:
1. Professional qualification (semi-qualified- CA/MCom) & having life insurance domain work experience of minimum 2 years
2. Experience in internal and IFC audits will be an added advantage
