About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating promoter app with Appilary agency and ensuring that pins are shared with promoter and supervisor
2. Making reporting formats at the start of the activity and getting them approved by the brand
3. Coordinating with the agency on briefing time and being part of the shortlisting process along with the brand & sales team
4. Maintaining a promoter scoring sheet while interviewing promoters for all the activity and sharing the selected promoter list with the agency and brand
5. Coordinating and getting SOP documents for each project from the agency and fixing report-sharing time with agencies
6. Sharing reports twice a week for monthly activities and on Mondays for every weekend activity
7. Analyzing the activity reports and performance of promoters/outlet
8. Checking if the agency is updating the start message, portal attendance of promoter, SOH update, and end sales update for all ongoing projects, and if not highlight to the agency in the same group and escalate if it is not getting on track
9. Conducting market visits of ongoing projects (80% of activity visits will take place over the weekend)
10. Coordinating with agencies related to project requirement
