About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create a promoter app with Appilary agency and ensure that pins are shared with the promoter and supervisor
2. Make reporting formats at the start of the activity and get them approved by the brand
3. Coordinate with the agency on briefing time and be part of the shortlisting process along with the brand & sales team
4. Maintain a promoter scoring sheet while interviewing promoters for all the activity and share the selected promoter list with the agency and brand
5. Coordinate and get SOP documents for each project from the agency and fix a report-sharing time with agencies
6. Share reports twice a week for monthly activities and on Mondays for every weekend activity
7. Analyze the activity reports and performance of promoters/outlet
8. Check if the agency is updating the start message, portal attendance of promoter, SOH update, and end sales update for all ongoing projects, and if not highlight to the agency in the same group and escalate if it is not getting on track
9. Conduct market visits of ongoing projects (80% of activity visits will take place over the weekend)
10. Coordinate with agencies related to project requirement
