1. Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
2. Provide customer service in a timely manner via several means which include email, face to face interaction, telephone, and live chat
3. Act as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience
4. Track proposed resolutions and follow up with customers in a timely fashion
5. Analyze complaints from customers and provide adequate resolutions
6. Prepare documents and reports for future reference
7. Train peers in good customer service
8. Develop and maintain vast knowledge of the products and services being offered
9. Conduct surveys regarding products, services and customer service experiences
10. Communicate customer feedback to various teams including technical and marketing departments in order to improve the overall customer experience
11. Write reports analyzing the customer service that the organization provides
12. Ideate and execute 'Customer Loyalty Programs'
