This role focuses on providing creative oversight for dubbing and editing regional shows.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Selecting the regional shows based on the content understanding and performance of the original shows
2. Evaluating and identifying the production houses for commissioning the dubbing/editing of the show
3. Liaising with the production houses to set up the team for each show
4. Liaising with regional teams to seek inputs on the selected shows (creative and consumer)
5. Preparing dubbing plan and edit plan based on the viewership data of the original show
6. Liaising with the production houses and internal team to identify the voice-over artist of each character
7. Providing creative feedback on dubbing and editing for each episode
8. Managing the operations by coordinating with internal teams, external teams, and production houses
9. Sourcing the original episodes, S&P, and legal clearances, submitting the final episodes, and getting them ready for TX
10. Providing inputs to the marketing and on-air promos team to create promos and other marketing material
