The Training - Content Team at Tata 1mg plays a pivotal role in managing and curating Supply Chain & B&M Retail training content. Their responsibilities encompass creating videos, Posters, and other Training collaterals to educate Supply Chain and retail employees about Process, Soft skills, and behavioral aspects. They also ensure the accuracy and reliability of this information by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support in creating videos, infographics, posters, newsletters, presentations, and other content formats
2. Assist in researching engaging ideas of other company trends, and topics for content creation
3. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and proper formatting
4. Create memo cards/flashcards and other relevant training collaterals
5. Identify opportunities to enhance content quality, format, or distribution
6. Support in creating LMS content
7. Collaborate with our team to develop content strategies
What we are looking for :
1. Adobe Premiere Pro
2. Adobe After Effects
3. Video Editing Software like Filmora
4. Photoshop
5. Basic Lightroom
6. Canva & Coral Draw
7. Adobe Illustrator
8. Available for 6 months
