About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content development: Create and design age-appropriate, engaging STEM content that aligns with educational standards, enhancing student understanding in subjects such as physics, coding, robotics, math, and engineering concepts
2. Curriculum alignment: Integrate relevant K-12 STEM curriculum standards into content for accuracy, ensuring materials are grade-appropriate and standards-compliant
3. Interactive resources: Develop interactive and multimedia resources, including hands-on activities, experiments, and digital lessons that encourage active learning
4. Editing and quality assurance: Revise, proofread, and ensure content accuracy, clarity, and adherence to Stark Education's quality standards
5. Collaboration: Work closely with educators, designers, and curriculum specialists to produce a cohesive and engaging learning experience
6. Continuous learning: Stay updated on the latest STEM trends, educational tools, and pedagogical techniques to continuously improve content offerings

Other requirements
1. Strong knowledge of K-12 STEM curriculum and instructional design
2. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
3. Ability to explain complex STEM concepts in simple, engaging, and age-appropriate language
4. Proficiency with educational technology and digital platforms
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
6. Passion for STEM education and a desire to inspire young learners
7. Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline
8. 1+ years of experience in STEM content creation, K-12 curriculum development, or teaching STEM subjects

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per write-up).
