We are looking for passionate individuals who are interested in creating assessments to evaluate students' learning and performance in school exams, discerning questions, level of understanding of the subject, and their competence in scholastic skills in the school (K-12) segment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and developing assessment tools to diagnose and benchmark learning
2. Categorizing exiting questions on the basis of concept and sub-concept, Bloom's taxonomy, and difficulty level
3. Developing creativity and critical thinking skills among students through questioning
4. Generating the maximum number of high-quality questions in minimum time
Note: Based on the performance, a candidate can expect a permanent job offer after six months.

2. can start the internship between 17th Jul'21 and 21st Aug'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Kolkata

1. Should have outstanding research skills
2. Should have a command over English drafting
3. Should be proficient in making higher-order-thinking-skill questions
4. Should have a basic understanding of grade 3 to 8 English concepts
5. Should be proficient in MS Office tools, especially with MS Word and Excel
6. Should be passionate and self-motivated
7. Should have 1-2 years of experience of teaching at school level and part of evaluation administration of the school (optional)
8. Should be a postgraduate in English
